Yunbo Liu

I am a Ph.D. candidate in Finance and Real Estate at the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.

My primary research interests are Real Estate Finance, Household Finance and Financial Intermediaries. I have secondary interests in Climate Risk and Entrepreneurship. My work focuses on understanding how households make financial decisions and how financial intermediaries affect these decisions. My job market paper explores the frictions in mortgage refinance choice by focusing on the FHA mortgage market in the U.S.
